SOCIAL MEDIA Project
When we first started this topic about social media we had an introduction where we needed to read and analyze some articles. Some of them where against and some where in favor. After doing this we where asked to do an essay where you choose a side, if you are against or in favor about social media. We did some worksheets to choose and decide the side we are on. Then we did a brainstorm and follow the directions for what was needed in the essay. I red some articles again, later I did the pre write and next I did the draft. In class we exchange our drafts and have peers check it and when we did our corrections we did our final draft.
Doing the new media format project we needed to put our essay of social media into a more creative way so I think about the options and I thought about making it creative but something I could do because I am not too good using technology. I decided to do a webpage so I did and we did like a brainstorm picturing and having everything in place too see how it was going to be. I get it revised and then I started the webpage. This two projects are similar because the theme of both is social media and in both I am disagreeing. Both of them are based in the same evidence. The difference are that in the new media format I turned this essay in a webpage making it more creative. In the new media format it's more public and more people could see them. The essay format was difficult to brainstorm because I didn't really know what to to, organizing all of it was a challenge and mostly in what side I was going to be. But some pleasures doing this was to put myself in another point of view of social media and sharing new ideas. The difficulties I had doing the new media format webpage was design it, learn how to handle the page and taking the pictures. But the greatest pleasures was to see it finished. |
